Set or Change My PIN

When using your Cast & Crew card, you may select either Debit or Credit as an option. When you select Credit, there is no need to enter a PIN (personal identification number). However, if you do want to set a PIN, you can do so by calling (855) 547-2893 and following the recorded voice prompts. Your PIN can also be changed at any time by calling the same number. 

Please Note: If you are an employee using an employee card, you will need to verify your phone number and date of birth. If you are using a utility card, this will require the Business Owner's personal information in order to set a PIN.
